Every component that enters our warehouse undergoes a rigorous, multi-tier inspection process designed to meet and exceed ISO 9001 and AS6081 standards.

The AOYUE 3-Tier Inspection System

Tier 1: Initial Visual Inspection

Our technicians perform a detailed macro-inspection of all packaging and components:

  • Packaging Integrity: Verification of original factory labels, Barcode/QR code scanning, and humidity indicator card (HIC) checks.
  • Physical Inspection: Microscopic examination of component bodies, lead condition (planarity and oxidation), and marking consistency across the batch.
  • Topography Analysis: Checking for evidence of "black-topping" or resurfacing.

Tier 2: Technical & Surface Analysis

For high-risk or specific part series, we employ advanced non-destructive testing:

  • X-Ray Analysis: Verifying internal die consistency, lead frame structure, and wire bond integrity across the sample set.
  • Solderability Testing: Ensuring leads meet IPC/JEDEC standards for reliable assembly.
  • Marking Permanency Test: Ensuring original markings are not chemically altered or reapplied.

Tier 3: Functional Verification (Optional/On-Request)

For mission-critical applications, we coordinate with certified third-party laboratories to perform:

  • Electrical Characteristic Testing: Comparing actual performance against the manufacturer's datasheet specifications.
  • Decapsulation: Internal die-marking verification to confirm silicon authenticity.
